WPU senior Delano “Trey” Roberts has put his passion to work on the topic of immigration both through his advocacy work and more recently on his blog, titled Here to Stay: No One is Illegal.

Roberts, a communication major, organized an all-day letter-writing event on Feb. 8 at eight downtown Raleigh venues in partnership with the ACLU of North Carolina.  The event focuses on opposition to SB-145, a controversial bill that would tighten immigration law in North Carolina. Read more about it in Roberts’ most recent post: https://outsideofthespotlight.wordpress.com/2018/02/02/stop-sb-145/
